The seasonality shifted, with increased flat searches early in the year and a decrease as summer approached. Navigating the tight property market in the Paris region, I adapted my approach, resulting in a 100% success rate in apartment-hunting assignments.
While content with the outcomes, my focus for the future is to enhance my B2B activities. Although prospecting is not my preferred task, I recognize its importance in expanding this area of my business.
Additionally, the growth of my propertymanagement /conciererie has been particularly gratifying, now contributing significantly to my overall turnover. This aspect of my work allows for deeper client relationships and the opportunity to collaborate with a network of reliable partners.
