Discover the Louvre with kids
Did you know: The Louvre offers visitor trails to consult and print on all kinds of themes such as Games and toys, A lion hunting, Da Vinci or even Jaz-Y and Beyonce at the Louvre.
The trails should amuse the children because it is a bit like a treasure hunt to go from one work to another, you have to follow the instructions. For each work a small description makes the visit immediately much richer and more interesting for everyone. In order to make your visit more pleasant and to avoid long queues you can always buy your tickets online and install the Affluences application which gives you the estimated waiting time directly.
Walk the Line with L’ATLAS (from archeology to graffiti)
Musée en Herbe. has always a great programmation and their exhibitions are very playfull, funny and made for kids I really love this place: they offer workshops for little kids and guided visits for teens and adults.
Le Carnaval de Paris : Promenade du bœuf gras
The famous Carnival of Paris traditionally takes place on Sunday before Mardi-gras (February 23) and will start from Place Gambetta to finish on Place de la République. The free theme means everything is possible why not awaken the creativity of your children during a disguise workshop.
Many Parisian museums offer workshops or visits for children but more often you have to book in advance, so promise next time I will anticipate more and you will give lots of new ideas a little before the start of the holidays .
I would love to read your comments and suggestions on this topic.
